She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Payne (Mitchell) of Abingdon and Desirea Morgan (Jared) of Dillwyn, Virginia; her siblings, Karen Tunnell (Chris) of Wise, Virginia and David Phillips of Castlewood, Virginia; her grandchildren, Madison Bryant of Abingdon, Kassidy Kiser of Abingdon, Bodie Morgan of Dillwyn and Avienda Morgan; her stepgrandson Tyler Payne of The Mouth; her niece Emmalea Tunnell of Wise, Virginia; and her close friend Nicole Hall.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, Funeral Services for Lynnette Phillips will be conducted at 2:00 p. m. Sunday, November 1, 2020, at the Lonesome Pine Raceway in Coeburn, Virginia with Rev. Woody Scott, Rev. Marvin Cain, and Rev. D. J. Couch officiating.
