She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Bradley and Margaret Elizabeth Gilley Bradley; and her sister Frances Collins. She is survived by: her husband Eckle Penley of Coeburn; her sons, Eckle Penley, Jr. (Becky) of Fredericksburg, Samuel Jackson Penley of Coeburn, Matthew Penley of Coeburn, James Penley (Sara Jane) of Castlewood and Roy Steve Penley (Shannon) of Holland, NC; her granddaughters, Genevieve Elliott (Melvin) of Fredericksburg and Charlotte Hunt (Stanley) of Cherryville, NC; and her siblings, Sue Collins (Freddie) of Pound, Patricia Cox of Wise and Carlos Wayne Bradley (Debbie) of Coeburn. She is also survived by thirty-eight grandchildren; fifty-three great grandchildren.
