He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Ernest Baker and Reva Evelyn Baker; his brother Conley Morris Baker; and his nephew Christopher Morris Baker. He is survived by: his wife Jeri Sue Baker; his children, Kimberly Paige Puckett (Shawn) of Kingsport, TN. and Larry Conley Baker (Sue) of Mooresburg, TN.; his grandsons, David Cole Rutherford (Tori) of Bluff City, TN., Larry Zachary Baker (Taylor) of Coeburn, VA., Matthew Grant Rutherford (Hannah) and James Bailey Baker (Allie) of Wise, VA.; his great grandchildren, Blakley Rose Hensley, Hudson Grant Rutherford, Carter Bray Baker, Owen Matthew Rutherford, Houston Lane Baker, Abel Lyn Baker, Hazeleigh Ray Baker and Remington Eli Rutherford; his close friend Dickie Sergant; and also Niki Adkins. He is also survived by several uncles, 2 nephews, 1 great nephew, 1 great niece, and host of cousins.
