He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Marion Rose Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Rose of Coeburn, Virginia.; his sister Julie Rose; his sons, James "Jimmy" Michael Rose of Westland and Cody Marion Rose of Coeburn, Virginia; his fiancée Helen Correia of Boston, Massachusetts; his nieces, Megan Elizabeth Greear of Coeburn, Virginia and Amanda Dawn Greear of Coeburn, Virginia; and his aunt Anita Jane Gnas. He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces, and cousins.
