He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Bond Palmer. He is survived by: his son Tony Palmer (Tamara) of Coeburn, VA.; his grandchildren, Emily Palmer and Justin Palmer; and his siblings, Jerry Palmer, Carlos Palmer of Georgia and Joyce Gillenwater of Kingsport, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
