He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Mullins and Cynthia Mullins; his stepmother Ida Pearl Mullins; his siblings, Henry Mullins, Acie Mullins, Denver Mullins, John Mullins, Ira Mullins, Christine Mullins, Virgie Mullins and Verdie Rose; his half-sister Dorothy Buchanan; his daughter Lecia Mullins; his son-in-law Mickey Bruner; his grandson Billy Scott Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Tanner Cole Sisson and Jason Scott Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Bowen (Roger), Tina White (Kevin), Greg Mullins (Gail), Dale Mullins (Trish), James Mullins (Cindy) and Donnie Mullins (Nicole); his daughter-in-law Kim Mullins; his granddaughter Misty "Mouse" Sisson; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
