He is survived by: his children, Brad Winebarger, Brady Winebarger and Megan Hicks (Matthew); his siblings, Roy Lee Salyers, Danny Winebarger, Bud Winebarger, Jimmy Winebarger, Lois Couch, Nancy Waddell and Kitty Coleman; and his granddaughter Gracelynn Hicks.
