He is survived by: his sons, Chester William Collins Jr. (Autumn Hale), Mark Anthony Collins (Taylor) and Timothy Allen Collins (Pamela Yeary); his grandchildren, Brianna Collins, Haley Leonard, Nicholas Collins, Bailey Collins, Conner Collins, Ethan Collins and Brooklyn Collins; his sisters, Carla Faye Collins and Louella Reed (Harold); and his close friend Phyllis Watts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
