He is survived by: his wife Faye Couch; his son Kevin Couch (Belinda); his granddaughter Stephanie Peltier (Seth); his siblings, Sue Maples, Diane Bond, Bill Couch (Liz) and Pat Adkins; and his nephew Todd (Thelma).
