He is survived by: his wife Debby; his daughter Missi Phillips (George); his grandchildren, Zoë Phillips and Eli Phillips; his siblings, Shirley Burke, Edith King (David), Jayne Salyers, David Gibson (Amanda) and Arnold; and his friend Harold Lawson.
