He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Funk and Ollie Funk; and his sons, Samuel Funk and Donald Funk. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Funk; his children, Joel Funk (Shirley), Jeff Funk (Bobbie), Tony Funk (Anne) and Karen Hamilton Funk; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Funk. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
