With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayland Perkinson (Cobbs Creek, Virginia), who passed away on April 20, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie A. Perkinson and Lois Garrett Perkinson; and his grandparents, William H. and Countess Garrett. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Thacker (Robbie) and Craig Perkinson (Tamar); his nieces, Pamela Sweitzer (John) and Amanda; his great-nephew Liam Sweitzer; his great-niece Nina Sweitzer; and his aunt Barbara Felton. He is also survived by extended family and special friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mathews Youth Baseball League or to your favorite charity.
