He was predeceased by: his brother Lawrence Ambrose Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Tina Dennis; his children, Sequoya Rucker (Reginald) and John Dennis; his siblings, Charles K. Ambrose and Barbara Brown; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Ambrose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
