He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Foster and Marjorie Foster. He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Foster; his sons, John S. Foster (Nicole) and Eugene S. Foster (Sue); his grandchildren, John Wilson Foster, Sterling Foster, Joshua Foster and Beverly Foster; and his brother Thomas W. Foster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
