He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Walker and Rosemond Whitt Walker; and his brothers, Wendell Thomas Walker and Clifford Samuel Walker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Goad Walker; his daughters, Cathy Hart (Howard) and Karen Irby (David); and his brother William Whitt Walker. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harmony United Methodist Church (2082 Harmony Rd, Alton, VA 24520). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery (2082 Harmony Rd, Alton, VA 24520).
