Frances Gibson Barbour Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Gibson Barbour of Cloverdale, Virginia, born in Boones Mill, Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gibson and Myrtle Sink Gibson; her husband Richard L. Barbour; and her siblings, Junior Gibson, Virginia Moran and Nancy Moran.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty West of Cloverdale; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Lowery (Robert) and Rachel Stewart; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Stewart, Aria Stewart and Oliver Lowery; and her siblings, Lewis Gibson of Troutville and Mary Sparks of Roanoke.
