She is survived by: her husband Henry Brugh; her children, Martha Boggins (Michael) and David Brugh (Jennifer); her stepdaughters, Julie Riffey and Deborah Prochaska; her grandchildren, Seth McGuire (Jaime), Kendal McGuire, Elaina Kohane (Joshua), Marian Pope (Liam) and Adam Brugh; and her great grandchildren, Rylee and Emerson McGuire.

“Elaine and I met as she was taking a walk down my street. She welcomed me to join her. In that short walk, Elaine shared her love of God. She was strong and steadfast in her faith. Right away we had that in common, of which I will be thankful for always. Being new to the neighborhood, she invited me and my husband to join their Thursday night bible study. I am forever grateful for that time together sharing God's Word and for her friendship. Miss you, Elaine.”
