She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Wilson Clay and Martha Conner Clay; her spouse Addie Wilson Duffey; her great-nephew Jefferey Kelly Duffey; and her siblings, Woodrow Wilson Clay, Olive Clay Wagstaff and Mary Lee Clay.

She is survived by: her son Tim Duffey (Renee); her sister Catherine Clay Noblin of Clover; her grandchildren, Samantha Thomson (Donnie) of South Boston, VA and Ryan Kelly Duffey of Clover, VA; her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Layla Jo Thomson and Austin Kelly Beadles; and her nephews, Jerry, Stanley Noblin, Woody, Jimmy Clay and Grayson Wagstaff. She is also survived by her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
