Martin (Willie) of Clover, Danny Harrison Hazelwood (Terri) of Scottsburg and Bobby Joe Hazelwood (Carrie) of Randolph Nine; and his siblings, Rachel Higgins of Red Oak, Nellie Snead of Scottsburg, Doris Hazelwood of Boydton, Carolyn Wright of Red Oak, Mack Hazelwood of Kenbridge, Hampton Hazelwood of Scottsburg, Jackie Hazelwood of Red Oak, Victor Hazelwood of Chase City, Glenn Hazelwood of Fort Mitchell, Bradley Hazelwood of Wyliesburg and Host. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren Nine Great-Grandchildren.
