She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Nicolls and Bernice Nicolls; and her husband Mason. She is survived by: her children, John of Clover, David of Virginia, Patricia Colgan of Nokesville and Helen Blair Jones of Chesterfield; and her sisters, Nancy Alexander (Edward) of Powhatan and Mary Ann Hubbard (Franklin) of Powhatan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
