She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee Hazelwood, Jr. and Annie Elizabeth King Hazelwood; her husband Joseph Benford "Joe" Hazelwood; and her sons, Benford Leo Hazelwood and Jody Dean Hazelwood.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda H. Martin (Willie) of Clover, Danny Harrison Hazelwood (Terri) of Scottsburg and Bobby Joe Hazelwood (Carrie) of Randolph, Nine; and her sisters, Daisy Franklin of Scottsburg, Ida Conner of Halifax and Host. She is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, Nine Great-Grandchildren, One Great-Great Granddaughter.
