He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott, Jr and Minnie Duvall Elliott; his stepmother Lillian Elliott; his brother Paul Elliott; and his parents-in-law, Otis and Lavada Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Wallace Elliott of Clintwood; his sons, William Elliott, IV of Sarasota Florida and Bryan Elliott of Gainesville, Florida; his brothers, Robert Elliott (Christie) and John Elliott (Shanna); and his granddaughter Afton Aurora Elliott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
