He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Duff; his daughter Lisa Mullins Tompkins; his grandchildren, Rhett Mullins of Tampa, Jada Johnson of Clintwood, Rhiannon Brick of Tampa, Joella Hale of Clintwood and Hannah Hill of Johnson City, Tennessee.; and his brother-in-law Pat Duff. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
