She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Rose and Edith Rose; her husband Hurley L. Perry; her children, Johnny Lee Perry and Betty Sue Kennedy; and her great grandchild Cassidy Elswick.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Perry (Annie) of Coeburn, VA; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Jane Kennedy Reynolds, Wes Elswick and Cossie Elswick; her great grandchildren, Rachel Evon Reynolds, Kaeleb Elswick and Gavin Elswick; her stepson William Perry (Wanda); her stepgranddaughters, Aleta and Heather; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Christopher, Gabriella and Brett David II; her stepdaughter Margaret Baker; her stepgrandchildren, Teresa, Halena and Jessica; and her sisters, Shirley Perrigan of Norton, VA, Dolly Scott of Coeburn, VA, Bonnie Rose, Lucille Mullins of Coeburn, VA and Atlas Mullins of Coeburn, VA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
