He is survived by: his wife Twyla Funk Barton of Ceres, VA.; his son Ronnie Barton, Jr. (Shelly); his grandchildren, Mia and Jordyn; his daughter Renay Miller (Ronnie) of Franklin County, VA.; his siblings, James Surratt, Vivian McConnel, Brenda Wilson, Donna Duncan (Bill), Wanda Matney and Virginia "Sissy" Surratt; his grandchildren, Austin Miller and Konnor Blanton; and his close friends, Kaitlyn Yawt and Gannon.
