With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Willis Ratliffe (Clintwood, Virginia), who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Norman C. Ratliffe and Polly Ratliffe; and his sister Jennifer Ratliffe. He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Scariano (Jack) of Knoxville, TN.; his niece Rachael Scariano; and his nephews, Jack Scariano III (Bekah) and Michael Scariano.
