He is survived by: his father Bobby Bise; his brother Billy Ray Bise; his wife Cora June Fleming Bise; his daughter Ashley Renee Cress (Brad) of Summerville, SC; his stepchildren, Cassandra Suanne Gayle (Robert "Bob") and Travis Kyle Fleming of Clintwood; his sister Sherry Hayes (Randy) of Rural Retreat, Virginia; his sister-in-law Sherry Bise Laughters; his parents-in-law, Lewis and Peggy Fleming of Clintwood; his brother-in-law Michael Wade Fleming (Marietta) of Bristol, Tennessee; his grandsons, Noah Cole Cress and Robert Ethan Blake Gayle; and his close friends, Randy Hayes, Kevin Johnson, Michael "Bubby" Gilliam, Robert "Bob" Gayle, Douglas Fleming, Jr., Josh Ramey and Jess Ramey. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
