It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Nell Mullins of Clintwood, Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Burns Mullins; her brothers, William H. "Bill" Artrip, Elmer Ray Artrip and Kelly Artrip; and her grandson Kerry Stallard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Mullins of Fredericksburg, VA. and Peggy Stallard (Randy) of Fredericksburg, VA.; and her granddaughter Hayley Badillo (Josh) of Fredericksburg, VA.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted under the Covid 19 guidelines Sun. August 23, 2020 at 2 PM Mullins Family Cemetery, Flemingtown section of Clintwood with Joe Glenn Sluss and Tim Mullins officiating.
