He was predeceased by: his father John Lee Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jo Mullins of Abbieville; and his siblings, John Mullins of Williamston, Jimmy Lee Mullins (Carol) of Clintwood and Kim France of Williamston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives.
