He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Mullins; his children, Tim Mullins (Kitty) and Dollie "Dot" Cantrell (Floyd); his brother Mack Mullins of Clintwood; his daughter-in-law Kitty Mullins; and his grandson Daniel Reed. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
