He is survived by: his wife Christina Mullins Phillips; his father Mickey Phillips, Sr. (Deloras); his daughters, Maggie Phillips and Destiny Faith Mullins; his siblings, Mickey Phillips, Jr. (Carrie), Shonna Wallace (Justin), Victoria Rose and Alisha Rose; his mother-in-law Rosey Mullins; his uncles, Bayard Mullins, Richard Phillips (Tammy), Jackson Phillips and John Phillips; his aunt Jeannie Sperow (Terry); and his nieces and nephews, Austin Phillips, Dylan Gilbert, Wyatt Mullins, Logan Gilbert, Zane Phillips, Raylan Wallace, Colden Phillips, Anna Smith, Gracie Phillips, Katlin Johnson, Tequila McCarty, Josie Phillips, Sophia Phipps, Maddie Phipps and Izzy Phillips.
