He was predeceased by: his wife Estelene Rakes Deel; his parents, Garland Deel and Gracie Deel; and his siblings, Paul, Phillip, Emory, Lee, Woodrow, Bobby Deel, Zella Deel, Faye Thacker, Rosemary Edwards and Bonnie Cash.
He is survived by: his sister Melba Deel of Breaks, Virginia; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
