She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Wiggins and Winnie Wiggins; her siblings, Madgie Edwards, Celesta Ramey, Kelver Wiggins, Charlie Wiggins and Ray Wiggins; and her children, Bobby Owens, Mitchell Owens, Kelly Joe Owens, Shirley Irene Owens and Betty Darlene Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Davis (Dave), Dewey Owens, Joyce Garcia, Pauline Wampler (Jimmy), Gail Mullins (Kenny) and Dennis Owens (Angela). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
