He was predeceased by: his brother William Kevin Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Johnson Kelly of Clintwood; his siblings, Walter Chad Kelly, Tondalaul Kelly Compton (Stefan) of Vansant and Felicia Kelly Billiter (Chad) of Big Rock, VA.; and his nephew Brantley Kyle Compton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
