She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Ratilff and Sindusta Ball Ratilff; her husband Ray Hill; her sons, Jeffery Reed and Randle Steve; and her siblings, Polly Blevins, Callie Rose, Ruth Mullins, Goldie Hamilton, Hibbert Lee, Troy Junior, Stewart Reed and Earnest Carl.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Reed, Lance Craig (L. C.), Jimmie, Dennis, Judy, Linda, Anthony, Monica, Earika, Doug, Thurman and Josh; her siblings, Benny Stanley, Kyle, Phyllis Carty and Shelby Willis; her friend Listen; her grandchildren, Sara (Joe) and Trey; her great grandchild Elizabeth; her brother Avery Ratliff; her siblings-in-law, Darrell, Carrol Hill, Patsy, Betty and Anna Jean; and her close friends, Phyllis Carty, Debbie, Herman Carty and Gracie Lane. She is also survived by her family she loved dearly, extended family, friends, and her church family.
