She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kelley and Louise Kelley (Standifur); her former husband Ronald Adkins; and her brother James Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Roger Combs; her children, Kenneth Adkins (Bridget) of Wytheville, Virginia and Tammi Belcher (David) of Haysi, Virginia; her grandchildren, Josh Belcher (Kelly), Ashley Belcher (Aaron), Blankenship (Jeremy), Bailey Adkins and Lucas Adkins; her great grandchildren, Remi, Ronan Blankenship and Link Belcher; and her siblings, Gary Kelley (Julia) of Castlewood, Virginia, Trent Kelley of Castlewood, Virginia, Linda Clark (Wayne) of Winchester and Gail Nowlin of Clintwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
