He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Marshall and Myrtle Helbert Marshall; and his brother Bobby Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Earika Mullins Marshall; and his daughter Monica Marshall of Kingsport. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
