He was predeceased by: his son Sammy Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Janie Stanley Phipps; his sons, Daniel Phipps, Carson Fuller of Clintwood and Chris Logan of Crown Point, IN.; his siblings, Shawn Phipps of Clintwood, Pam Phipps of Clintwood and Heather Robinson (Steve); his nephew Blake Stallard; and his pet Queenie. He is also survived by Moma, Danny loved dearly all his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel (348 Mc Clure St, Clintwood, VA 24228). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers all donations family request be made to the Shriners Charities.
