She was predeceased by: her parents, Thanie Ramey and Bethana Stanley Ramey; her husband George C. Mullins; her brothers, Curt Ramey, Hollis Ramey and Al Ray Ramey; and her son-in-law Randy McCoy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie McCoy, Peggy Jonus (Troy) of Blountville, TN and Nancy Phillips (Clynis); her siblings, Doug Ramey (Jeanette) of Knoxville, TN and Clara Gould of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Brandy Hill, Waylon, Ryan McCoy, Logan Jonus, Katie and Andy Jonus; her great grandchildren, Christopher Thomas, Joni, Cassidy Thomas, Chanson, Morgan Hill, Colton McCoy and Annison Jonus; and her nephews, Dave Ramey and Rick Ramey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
