She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Browning and Effie Cox Browning; her husband Ray Stallard; her son David Stallard; and her siblings, Earnest, Ray, Haskel, J. L. Browning, Della Lentz and Helen Fleming.
She is survived by: her son Lowell Stallard of Bean Station, TN.; her granddaughter Tiffany Hughes (Zach) of Tampa, FL.; her great grandchild Nettie Stallard; her siblings, Emory Browning (Connie) of Clintwood, Christine Sykes of Pound, VA. and Eva Hawkins (Don) of Clintwood, VA.; and her close friend Duke.
