He was predeceased by: his parents, Tandy and Lilly; his wife Joann; his daughter Margaret; and his siblings, Truman Hall, Lourenie Large and Floretta Large.
He is survived by: his children, Frank (Carolyn Hall), Phyllis (Gary Mullins), Raymond (Kitty Hall), Ronnie (Teresa Hall), Patty Hall and Chris (Emily Hall); and his sisters, Margie Hall and Zella Hall Hawes. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
He gave back to the community and was one of those who donated not only financially but his time and energy to the foundations of Ralph Cummins Field.
