He is survived by: his wife Jacklyn Stallard; his children, Blake Stallard, Kaitlyn Deel and Alexis Stallard; his parents, Connie Stallard and Richard Stallard (Carrie); his sister Rachel Stallard (Paige Decker); his stepsister Madison; and his pet Shelby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
