He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Jearl and Alma Irene Puckett; and his daughter Ashley Elizabeth Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Puckett; his sons, Matt Puckett (Brenda) of Pulaski, VA and Tim Puckett (Katie) of Haysi, VA.; his grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Addison and Jillian Puckett; his sisters, Wanda Nichols (Bill) of Abingdon, VA. and Sandra Harrison (Dennis) of Bristol, VA.; and his extended family Mike Puckett.
