He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Safranek Scott and Charles Nye Scott; his children, Kyle and Alyssa Scott; the mother of his children Yvonne Scott; his wife Linda Pierno-Derengowski; his brothers, Chris and Mike Scott; his sisters-in-law, Jill and Kristie; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Scott, Ian Scott (Brianna), Hannah, Connor Scott, Nathan and Jonathan.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Alpha-1 Foundation dedicated to finding a cure for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
