She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Cookmeyer and Vernon Cookmeyer; her brother Cameron Cookmeyer; her nephew Johnny O'Leary; and also Ken O'Leary.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kevin Cookmeyer (Rita), Mindy Hardenbergh (John), Holly Shaver (Nolan), John O'Leary (Jane Oates), Tim O'Leary (Gena) and Gary O'Leary; her children, Cadence, Harper and Makenna; and also, Jeanne O'Leary, Pat O'Leary and Kathy O'Leary.
