It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Stark of Clifton, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Osborn Stark and Lillian Horton Stark; his wife LilliAnn Stark; his children, Marianne Ludlow (Rob), Christopher Stark, Timothy Stark (Yoalmis), Abigail Schmid (Darren) and Jonathan Stark (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Theodore Stark (Lynn), James Stark (Rosi), Ann Robinson (Steve) and Mary Gunderson (Jon). He was also cherished by his 19 grandchildren.
