He is survived by: his children, Christine Shaw Olsen and Robert Osbon Shaw; his siblings, Gaye Dawn Boyd and Kent Shaw; his nephews, Steven and David Boyd; his niece Delene Boyd; his grandchildren, Andy, Alder, Sadie and Emmett Olsen; and also Susan Shaw.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to an organization dedicated to Alzheimer's or stroke research and support.
