He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Stevens Frazier and Elizabeth P. Frazier; his siblings, Susie, Steven, Francis and Margaret; his former wife Janice Accord; his stepson Anthony; his former wife Joyce Shirley; his daughter Meghan; his wife Gayle Donaldson Frazier; and his children, Kevin, Mark, Timothy Donaldson, Tammy Posey and Nannette Donahue. He was also cherished by loving husband for 22 years, a wonderful dad and generous stepfather and grandfather.
