He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Bestebreurtje (Bersch) and Arie Bestebreurtje. He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Koentje (Bestebreurtje) and Lindsey Bestebreurtje; his wife Donna Cash; and his sisters, Driek Zirinsky, Mikey Bestebreurtje and Martha Bestebreurtje. He is also survived by two sons-in-law; four grandchildren.
