He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Brooks, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Ryder Brooks; his wife Nancy Lee Ingram Brooks; and his sisters, Sally Ryder and Mary Virginia Brooks.
He is survived by: his son Roger Allen Ingram (April Robinson); his siblings-in-law, Sammy Ingram and Deborah Ingram of Millboro; his grandchildren, William Allen Ingram (Megan Lilley) and Sha Bane; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Bane, Breanna Ingram, Rhavyn Ingram and Rayne Lilley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
